I just bought the start11 v2 upgrade this morning with the discount and didn’t get a key, dunno it’s not in my account or order history anywhere and i didn’t get a email either and my old start11 key doesn't work so i'm kinda sol i already opened a ticket but support is not answering either.

I will say we do not see an order or an attempt under your ********@**online.de address. Thus, when you place the ticket, be sure to include any other email addresses you may use.

Yes i used my paypal email adress which is different i made a ticket.
My ticket reference nr. is SSN-60367 could someone pls take a look? It's open since yesterday morning

Have you checked your paypal email box? Usually, if you pay by paypal the key will be send via your paypal email address. As for the raised ticket, please be patience, it will take sometimes for Support to look into it. Specially its already weekend now.

Yes and none of this helped i can only access my old start11 key which doesn't work for v2 i already tried that, i tried everything on that list i even created new accounts with my paypal email address (and merged them with my main account here) to see if the key was there but nothing.
I understand, please wait for Support get back to you. Do also understand, since its already weekends, Support might be slow. Your patience is very much appreciated.
