I wouldn't want to move just a starbase because it's important that it's within the radius of retrofit bays and hanger flak. I think current is good as is, except that a starbase should command a gravity well a bit better. They're definitely way weaker than in Sins 1.

This sounds pretty epic. Is it feasible, I don't know but it could be a lot of fun. Two planets temporarily merge into the same gravity well. Imagine both are decked with defenses, starbases, and fleets and a battle of the ages ensues.
I first bought the original Sins of a Solar Empire (before Entrenchment was even released) and have been a continual fan over the years. I have a few hundred hours on Steam but surely a 1000+ on Impulse back in the day - it was one of my favorite games growing up. I actually built my first PC just to be able to play Sins of a Solar Empire (and Gal Civ 2) well. I just now heard there is going to be a Sins 2 and was super excited but then I found it was going on Epic only. The Epic debate has b

This may not be a bug. In many ways, low-level heroes are better because you can shape them as you want. High-level ones at the start are how they are, like it or not. If I choose a level 1, I can even choose its class. That's a real advantage, depending on what I am looking for at the time.
I think they should fix them to give the fame per turn, potential for abuse avoided, problem solved, Kuma Wins!
Why is this even necessary? If you want a one-time fame boost, simply make the fame be lost when the building is destroyed! Just like grain improvements.

Wolves are OP. Or at least they shouldn't be classified as "weak". Huge movement points, initiative, and attack. They'll wipe clean a "medium" strength army of mine no problem.
I have to thank you for this as well. I bought the WOM SE. While it was a definite disappointment, Stardock has more than regained my confidence in their products. I'll be buying Stardock games for decades to come. My job is in marketing, and I can't really say I'm loyal to more than 3 brands in existence. Stardock is one of them.
I had this happen as well. If I order you out, GET out and STAY out! If you don't like it, declare war. But don't keep trying for 20 turns until I forget to order you out or don't notice. I prefer for this to be like Civ, where you can't enter a civ's territory at all without open borders, else war is declared.
I had this happen as well. Seems to be a bug with the "command" skill.
I get this as well, sometimes. Logitech G5.
This was occurring for me in FE 1.32 as well. I now have it in LH.

Fully agreed. I wipe an AI almost into the dust. I should be able to get something from them in return for my permitting their continuing existence.

PC gaming won't die until there's no need for a separate device called a PC - your phone (or should I say glasses? or brain implant?) will do everything for you in one device. The AI needs to have a few more scenarios it can adapt to. I also agree with other posters below that the AI needs to evaluate which units to attack based on more advanced characteristics.
