I too have that problem it says downloading file 1/7 or wotever, but the progress bar does not show any progress, then it goes 2/7 then 3/7 etc. with no progress change, then it closes after 7/7. If anyone has a solution to this problem, i'd be very grateful *Edit* Oh, and i have all the programs that it needs, this is not the problem.
