The race i was attacking was evil and its was a major race. I was netural not evil. There planets and my planets are in the same sectors. So i think that didn't have to do with it alot. Plus alot of the Evil Race lost lots of planets due to rebels from alot of attacks. Plus i send gifts too. [Message Edited]

Will in thise one game i was helping out some freinds, will then out of know where they claim i am evil and delcare war on me. Then i am wiped out before i know it.

Will i belive if you upgrade the planet less people die and more people are born and plus more industry and commerce come. So this makes you get more money and maybe some more trade.

Will there are some minors that can grow really quick in tech and millitary power and i just want to attack the planet but my forces are weak and they want me to pay them for the techonlgy they steal from other races.

Hmm really never knew they had loads of cash. I usally wipe the minor races:( so i guess i need to stop this.

you can do this by forceing that empire to attack that empire and then you got a war:).

But if you can't stop the I-League you could just give them as a peace to a enemy or a ally and they would lose it and you could attack it and seem as a hero for your ally.
