Surface/structure textures not rendering on Parallels (Apple Silicon) after update 1.51

A niche bug (and one I might deserve for running this through Mac/Parallels!), but I thought I'd share it given it only started occurring after the recent update. After v1.51, planet surface/structure textures do not render when running Sins of a Solar Empire II via Parallels on Apple Silicon. The atmosphere, cities, lighting effects, and UI elements are still visible in these features. <span clas
