Pirates have been nerfed, yes, but there is an option to spend influence to launch raids within 15 AU of a TEC planets with an Auxiliary Supply Depot, or Advent Heathen Quarter. Can allied players rotate their structures? As Vasari I just fly my starbases to wherever they need to go, or more rarely, from gravity well to gravity well, so I'm actually not sure if this has been implemented. It would be useful if teammates could reposition their starbases!!! I usually play with an Enclave-Wrath group so there can be a lot of fixed position starbases and some team defences. If a frontline is the phase lane to the 'north' but then an attack comes in

Er your last cellphone shot states ' Plasma Planet Bombing Damage +10% " so it does actually help for planetary bombardment. It may be of very limited help, but not completely pointless.

I'm not sure about the proposed cost or 5th tier, but more research would be good. Perhaps more faction specific content? And what about doing the reverse e.g. allowing for a research cap to be set at match creation e.g. Tier 2 and up tech cannot be researched thus limiting factions to Tier 0 and Tier 1 ships? More variety is good, yes, but the latest DLC is one ship per faction, so maybe that's considered a poor investment of time for money? Ther

I had the same problem problem when playing Exodus on The Front. I had plenty of slots, so that wasn't the issue, but couldn't build. Testing with Alliance shows the same problem. Testing with Enclave allows them to be built. Seems like somehow the Pranast United Emergency Gauss Platform has become TEC only. Unintended patch error?
