Modding prevents creating a new galaxy in GalCiv III Modding GalCiv3 Forums

Recently I got the game for free and have really enjoyed it. Over the past few days I have been experimenting with downloading mods from nexus and using them. At first there wasn't any problems but soon I was unable to make a galaxy no matter what the settings were as it would get stuck on the Loading screen indefinitely. After doing some research it seems that this has been a problem for a while and didn't necessarily have to do with mods. I went through all the fixes and the one which worke
