Uninstalled Multiplicity 4.07 and reinstalled because the tray icon was missing, and it would connect to Primary and disappear in seconds off and on over and over. Followed the clean uninstall and the Multiplicity purging and re-installing. And I have the same results. Is there a fix? Multiplicity primary was working fine, now it's asking for a key. When I place the key in, it says "Unable to activate multiplicity as it's currently active on a Computer different." 1 The window states click continue to deactivate the other computer (where is continue link) putting mouse on the word and clicking does nothing. Thanks, I went into the IObit Software Updater and blocked the current update. End Result: If you're running a 3rd party update software like IObit Software Updater or Advanced SystemCare just set the Fence 5 update to ignore the current update. Problem solved.
What is the current updated version of Fence 5 The reason I ask is I use IObit Software Updater and it shows there is a Fence 5 update 5.8.6.8 to 5.8.7.3
The issue with both 4 and 5 is still an issue. I have a resolution First look in the Programs Files (x86) Stardock folder if both are there Go to Programs and Features and uninstall both. 4 first and the 5 Reboot and go back to the Programs Files (x86) & Programs and Features both should be gone Reinstall 5, I have done these steps on 4 pc's and it works There are still issues with the Fence 5 trying to reinstall itself, but Stardock i
I still do not see a resolution for Stardock 4 and 5 in Windows programs in both uninstall and programs Also, after using the purge for fence 5 it still has a popup to install like it's a new installation and not an update. There needs to be an update to the current version 5 to resolve this issue because purging is not fixing the issue. Thanks
