Liquid Dream.dream in DeskScapes WinCustomize Forums

The Wincustomize Website said that this would be highly customizable, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. I launched it by double-clicking on the .dream file, and it works fine in its single default configuration. I do not have Stardock Central installed. Does this provide a front-end for what I am looking for, or should I be able to find a way to customize without it? Thanks - Bill Burstein
