Same problem here.... Windows 7 - can't drag icon into rolled-up fences.

EDIT: I just realized this is a duplicate topic. Please delete this post. Thank you. Hello, Since the most recent update, I can not move any of my icons into a "fence." I double checked to see if "view is locked" and is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
