More Resoures to build starbases on. Perhaps an initial setting could be added allowing for a variable number of them, much as the one already there for the number of habitable planets. I would also like to see a printed foldout full color tech chart. I like to have a well thought out tech strategy based on my political party and this would be a valuable resource.
