With skinstudio you are able to make skins and with WindowBlinds you can apply them, I want to know what WindowBlinds does to the window that makes it possible to read custome made skin. you got any information about that?

hey Im new to this comunity, I would like to change my window 7 skin to my own desire, but i dont want to make use of any program, I want it to do it on my own, I would like to know what i have to change and to do. if you know it please let me know. thanks in advance, ash
