Hi, probably a dumb question, but I can't seem to find where to spend for "destabilisation". The manual suggests it's on the relations tab of the foreign policy screen (where the espionage slider is) but it doesn't seem to be. Anyone know where it is, or is it a feature that didn't quite make it?

Hi, just a couple of questions: (1) Does spending more on espionage make it more likely you will steal techs once "advanced" level of espionage is reached? On the report screen it says "you do not need to spend any more on espionage for this race" or something similar, once you've reached advanced. So if you stop spending do you still have a chance of stealing techs? Or is it more spent = greater chance? (2) Dumb question: I can't seem to find the slider to spend for "desta

A game I had fun with for a while was the Soldier Siege game. Take max soldiering and a bit of population growth and morale (I usually took the Universalist party to go with it). Don't ever colonise another planet or build a ship - sit on your homeworld and research all the soldiering and planet quality tech. Keep your morale high so your population explodes.
