There's another UX issue I noticed here as well. If the item (ship) I want to bookmark is in motion, then I actually have to pause (or slow down) the game to add it to the bookmark. Seems that just the ship moving under the cursor is enough to negate the bookmark "pick up" detection.

I'm running "TechPreview_1b" according to Epic, which for me is the test edition. That is the version I posted about.
Did some investigation and discovered the problem is the EOSOverlayRender. Epic does not provide a way to disable this, so if you have this problem, find and rename the EXEs below and the game will start working. Interestingly enough, when I restored the file extension the game still started, so whatever the problem is, it seems to be something to do with the first-
Suffering from the same issue. One thing I noticed is that if I click fast enough, I get to the next screen (welcome message) before everything freezes and I need to kill it.
