Oddly enuf...I build EVERYTHING on every planet...albiet I don't play on Gigantic galxies, but still; I colonize everything class 13 and higher. I seem to make money fine and the UP almost always tries to sack me for cash at some point becasue my "economy is too large"...sigh... Makes governors easy tho; I just stack it all up on one and let fly ;)
