Hello all, I have read several posts about this achievement and how it isn't working. I have tried twice. Once with Vasari Alliance and Once with TEC Enclave. For Vasari, I used the Hive Asteroids as my exotic refineries and did not build an empire research station until the very end. I clicked Improved Phase Detection. Only other thing I can think of is I upped the speed of research on the settings. For the TEC Enclave, I did similar, but did not change research
