HELP!! Just bought Sins - Invalid serial number, registered to another account! in Stardock Central Support Stardock Forums

HI, Just bough Sins of a Solar empire from my local store, and when trying to register this products its saying the serial number provided is registered to another account, please help I really want to play :) Thanks in advanced
