Thank you, this definitely helps. Maybe for item 5 I need some sort of "sentry probe" whose job is to notify me when alien ships appear, even their equivalent of scouts. I suspect that might be difficult to do as a Mod, but I dont actually know.

Misc Notes on SOSE2 in Sins II Support Sins2 Forums

All notes are based on playing the Advent. I never play other races. I like to be able to turn of the nebula/galaxy background because I think it is distracting. I could do that in version 1 of the game but not version 2 I am having trouble selecting planets/asteroids/suns. It seems I have to hit them quickly twice t
