Want to report a rip in GUI Championships Stardock Forums

Hi there, I just want, that someone check this wallpaper :GlobaL SerieS by street soulja and my wallpapers...he stole my work (dx3 wall)..and used it as a backround in a red version of his wallpaper...how stupid you must be, to use it in a same contest... I hope someone can help me...
