Have played the preview a few times now and just finished with 3 AI players at max level without much difficulty. Not sure if this is a game balance issue (ex. planetary garrison to strong), or ifAI is not aggressive enough or needs a head start. Obviously wont be an issue in multiplayer

Second this. No indication of any limits outlined to the player and once you hit them it is not obvious that you can get below the limit to allow building again, in fact until reading phicar' comments I didnt think loosing enough stuff would allow you to build again.
