Just to give an alternative view, I think this was the best patch yet and I love how it is better balanced to be use all ships
exodus_x
It's very well optimised, I can tell you that. It's not Sins 1.
I suspect the game isn't quite finished yet.
Yeah I now know the controls. So if a mod wants to delete this post please do. However a post with the keybind list would be useful?! As they are different to Sins 1.
Agreed, me too.
Brilliant so far guys, you have done yourselves proud. I'll do a proper feedback after a second campaign at a harder difficulty. However, given how well the Flak frigates take out the missiles and different ships deal with each other it seems a shame that there is no side bar to properly manage the fleets, I cannot group fleets Ctrl+ 1 etc and I can't select all of one ship type, this hampers the superior combat. Also Garrisons, great, OP but great, but please mark

In questo momento sulla pagina Epic solo inglese è disponibile.
Strange, I'm feeling ill too, think I might have Covid too. Strange, I had it 2 weeks ago too🙄....
What time is Sins 2 coming out? There is nothing on the Epic page.
Threads a bit moot now it's coming out tomorrow.
I really like what you did there. Reminded me of the old Rebellion manual, Keep up the good work, might seem like a small thing but for a lot of us the lore is important.
That's disturbingly honest. I'll buy tomorrow simply due to a problem I have with preordering. As long as I can play some decent TEC vs TEC action to begin with I'll be happy to help with development however I can. Best of luck.
Just to get us excited, we know it's a very early Alpha, but it's still SOASE 2, a game a lot of us have been waiting a decade for.
https://youtu.be/N5tPXwCkXtM The link is to a YouTube video called Sins of a Solar Empire, The Campaign we never got. It's mainly just some guy reading through the rebellion manual while interspersing some cut videos, but it shows how much the lore appealed to some of us and how I'm not the only person who really would like a campaign at some stage. Just read through the comments.
An endorsed Campaign?! I approve this message. Although I would much prefer it to be through the devs as DLC.
No problems ask whatever you want, we are all curious.
Thanks for the reply. Look forward to playing it.
I am aware that AI is one of the most difficult things to develop. I have also played multiplayer, but with all due respect if I want to play some single player, it's my own business? At higher difficulties the AI does affect the gameplay significantly and leads to only certain efficient tactics unless you want to get overwhelmed.
Firstly, thank you for starting work on the Sequel to one of my favourite games of all time. From what I understand the game will be similar to the original other than, moving turrets, moving star systems (interesting), and obviously the Graphics.. At least that is all I have read. 1. Do you intend to have all the content that is in the Current Rebellion +DLC after EA? And then have it as a "remaster"? Or do you intend to redo certain aspects? For example Diplomacy
Interesting. I will hold you to that in 3 years time if you are sitting on a pile of gold.
Thanks. Cool.
I'm not preordering until I see some gameplay, however just playing sins again which will basically be Rebellion at launch and hoping that if it is a success they will add even more features like... The mysterious force behind the Vasari Exodus.
What would be nice to know would be if multiplayer will be able to be played between both platforms. It's clear why pretty much everyone prefers Steam and it's also clear why developers like releasing on Epic. But it would be nice to think that we are supporting development of hopefully a successful remake of one of the best space games of all time and not have to buy another copy on steam in 2 years so we can play multiplayer with more than 6 people and a cat.
