Idea anyone ? :(
Hi. I'm having a serious issue with Deskscape8 who doesn't work at all. I have an almost freshly new win7 64, but it won't work. The app is installed and can be launched, but there's no way to apply a wallpaper, animated or not. However, it is a bit strange, because it is as if something prevented deskscape to work. Because at Windows startup, when everything is loading, he shows an animated wallpaper
By the way, since it's a beta and it still could be improved, I think it would be great (to restore the previousely mentioned features, but also) to be able to add tags to the dreams and wallpapers. The idea is that if I want for example all my wallpaper and dream with snow, I just have to type "snow" and there it is, etc.
Hi ! An update for Deskscapes seems to be a great idea (and really needed, by the way), but I keep wondering, where the heck did the random background feature go ? I don't know if I'm dumb or what but I can't find it. Don't tell me that you did delete it, please, that would be ridiculous. By the way, I guess it's not really related, but I cannot access so
You rocks guys thanks a lot, I saved 13Go on my SSD by moving my dream files. :D For the WB ones, meh, I think i'll have to do with them.
Oh and: 3) Would using a soft like SYMmover be a good idea to liberate space in this case ?
Hello ! First of all, sorry for my bad English, I'm not a native speaker (blah blah), I do the best I can. Anyway. So, I'm posting here because I have a small SSD (120Go) for my system (and a huge one for my data (2To on RAID5)), and I found out that the Stardock .dreams and .wb stuff were pretty heavy. 5.5Go are used for "extracted data" (on \ProgramData\Stardock\DeskScapes\ExtractedData), and again 7.8Go are used on \Users\Public\Document
Yep, hello from my new account, this time it worked (I finally did a new account with a new mail and transferred everything to the new account). Anyway, now it's ok, thanks for your help.
