Would be great if we could manage how our fleet formations work. Maybe a way to position groups/ship classes and have the fleets preserve that formation as it moves and attacks?

I much preferred the look in Sins 1. They looked more like human naval ships but designed for space. Now they look a little like toys. Chunky and short.
It seems like all the TEC ships look stubby. The new designs have widened them but not lengthened them. The Marza and Kodiak (well, the "Harcka" as it is now) are especially bad. Maybe the devs could put them on a diet or elongate them?
Loving the game so far. Looks beautiful, runs great. A little disappointed with the lack of innovation in how ships and structures react to damage though. It seems like they've just rehashed the old system of attaching a particle effect to a ship as it gets damaged. I had really hoped to see much more dynamic responses during combat. Individual parts destroyed, textures updating as the ship loses health, pieces coming off, etc. In my opinion, combat would be improved immeasurably if e
