No serial numbers in any e-mails in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi I bought WindowBlinds7. No matter how many times I request serial numbers, all I get are emails with no number. I have Impulse installed but I cannot register my product because I do not have the serial number. Please help. My order number is 1870798 Andy
