Thanks, both. It was, in fact, that "Lock Fences" was checked. Unchecking restored sanity. I will look to update to the latest version. Many thanks.

Cannot move fences in Fences Stardock Forums

I have Fences running on several Windows 7 machines. On one, my laptop, I can create fences and move shortcuts into them. But once created I can't move or resize them. I am using Stardock Fences v1.00.2787 Release Candidate. Anyone else come across this? Regards, John.
