Hi guys a new day has come and the sins of the past can be forgotten :) First things first I'd like to apologize with the moderator because being back to standard feelings today I've realized that we went OT. So to recap: if we want to talk about the campaign let's open a new topic. Here we stick to the plan and we talk about Vasari release. Another thing I've really appreciated is the fact those aliens do not need gold but in case they can bargain for it: nice idea to

Well man no one's perfect: I'm not saying I'll never play SoaSE I even admitted I'm in the 5 phases of grief so be human please :) That being said... 5 people? Yeah, I wish :) Literally no one at least in some hours I'm not scanning the chat constantly of course but you can check by yourself there. Maybe after 5-6 hours someone asked something but no campaign fans were found in the 2-3 hours I read the next messages. Maybe all campaign fans are at the Hawaii on leave who knows
Aaaah at last I'm not alone anymore: felt sad and it's cold here alone. Hello my friend: I have proof of what I'm saying. It happened on Discord: I happily went there talking about how wonderful was the release of Vasari and there is the guy kindly answering all the questions and... well please have a look by yourself to me it's pretty clear (timezone is CEST): <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/40/46/4046126/d657cb98-f7ba-48c0-9e9e-c33ccab4cdab.png" alt="
Aaaa ok now it's clear: you want a little bit of mystery about your adversaries that's the point I didn't get sorry. I guess it's not impossible to do in 2023 so... wish you good luck for your request. As of today I'm a little sad because mine was confirmed as refused hence I'm a little bit sad but wish you plenty of luck :)
Thank you man for the invitation but to be honest... I'm already there :) with another nickname, Maguvas something not on purpose but because spacegal it's really old and I've never used it outside of Sins world (and when I registered to Discord it wasn't for Sins ;) ). Furthermore on Discord I'm the hatred one continuously asking for the campaign hence maybe you use my nickname to play darts ;) and it's fine so here in the forum I'm trying to change topics and being constructive on s
I've played the test edition... well it's far more stable than any other... oh come on don't make me talk: Vasari are astronomically gorgeous. At the beginning of a game seeing the ships coming out of space travel it's a classy touch consistent with all the others you guys already had: this game is a 10. The whole resonance idea... oh my God it's fantastically wonderful. This game have to be a 10. I've lost one planet just because I liked to look at another Ork
OMG OMG! I've just finished the download! I had totally different plan for the evening and now what can I do? All work and no Sins make spacegal a dull boy.
Hi friend! Sorry for asking but... can't you do it as of now already? What am I missing? Is it just a matter of adding an automation where as of today you should instead click to choose which race it should be? Thank you, just for better understanding :)
I could only say thank you mr. for your wonderful answer: I like it so much that If I hadn't bought Sins II immediately upon EA release I would have now :) I promise I'll try to do my best while properly answer to your points. Easy things first: about the game vision I won't say literally anything because it's your idea and it must be respected whatever it is and that's what I think so on that my trust is 101% on you without even asking anything more. Of course I'm not conside
Hi space sinners! :) In these days I'm chasing the one I consider (for me at least ;) ) as the most difficult achievement of Sins: having all the artifacts in one game without mod or custom .ini files. In the last playthrough I was really close and I was playing with Vasari and using the Kultorask titan, arguably one of the strongest in the first game. When I read the Dev journal 10 of Sins II... well something came to my mind: I've seen the picture and maybe so
I'm so happy guys to see several people sharing in a constructive way their open points and doubts on the AI :) to me for a dev team is the best thing to work on :) Thank you all! Today I'd like to report for you all this little wonderful site where users can vote the feature they like the most and even propose something: it's just for a matter of priority but it could be useful for us all to address some points and... well I like the idea of voting :) I'm a lover of de
Ok thank you Smarti12: I missed those notes but I think anyway it's good to report just to hope devs will remember to fix and improve ;) About larsoed4422 message: it happened to me too the Zerg like swarm ;) I think at this time it's like Smarti said that they just replicated for now the first game AI algorithm. So I'll get back to you both in some months :) in the meanwhile thank you again and happy playing! </
Hi guys, in these days I was playing - without too much enthusiasm I admit since I am an Advent fan ;) - and I've just realized that after 10 years it seems that SoaSE2 is following more the road of a SoaSE replica instead of innovating on something. I would've expected a lot of innovations in game logics after 10 years, that's my point, but instead I've found the following (please note that I'm focusing on the AI and not on human vs human. Of course human vs human can put in place di
Hello Sins fans! The last night I'd a dream... well it's not true I was just thinking but it's a better narrative talking about dreams so :) Well I was saying: after some playing sessions to both the games, the last night I had a 'small' nightmare (I know nightmares are real in these days I know and this is just a videogame I know but please follow the logic): I waited 10 years for Sins2 but now especially by looking at the roadmap and at the devs journal I have a tremendous d
Excited for the hope to see a well deserved campaign: deserved for the high quality of the lore and because it will be a new feature after all. Even we users need a campaign: we cannot be updated on the lore just by DLC description :)
Guys :) the cap ships in tech demo are indeed powerful :) The difference between the 1st and 2nd game is that like you said in the first one CS are already strong at lvl1 while in SinsII you need to upgrade them. I love this logic because I hate swarm attacks during early games: in SinsII it seems that they wanted to prevent that and to me they succeeded. Anyway one liner answer to yours doubts: CS in SinsII are strong but by starting from at least lvl4. And yeah: now
In the first game I didn't do a lot of MP sessions: I like 1vs1 but by the time I had a good Internet connection the lobby was empty or full of people wanting to do 25 vs 25 ;) Basically I played for exploring scenarios and for the achievements so I can say I've pretty much tested the AI. One thing that I'd like to change is the too static way of thinking of the AI: it seems that no matter what the choices made by the AI were repeated over and over even when it makes no more s
Yeah to me it would be even nicer if they actually could dock even during combat: at least bombers to replenish ammo.
Hi guys! Well my name is... as you read it :) but it is born for a reason: SoaSE, the first. I'm writing this to let you figure out how much I like this saga since 2008. I remember I was so in hype at that time that I bought the game as soon as I found it and when I installed it there was just a requirement: a strange extra program was needed by the name of 'Steam' :) At that time I was unaware of the power of digital games: each time a physical DVD was needed and I was not happy to k
