Should Terror Stars be improved? in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

I have been playing GalCiv2 TA for some time now; as such I have enjoyed the game immensely. A constant bug-bear however is the nature of the Terror Star. I have always found the Terror Star to be far too slow to actually be useful. This weapon could be of immense use if it had some more speed.
