Ill see if i can replicate it, I opened the diplomacy screen so that you could see that i was neutral with the purple guy and still see the wolf on the side of the screen.

Have a pioneer in a stack of units and build a town. Sometimes you consume just the pioneer, othertimes you consume the whole stack. Other times it is just one or two units. sometimes its everyone else but the pioneer (apparently he tricked everyone into building the settlement for him.)
Yup, i even cast a second volcano for good measure. The town just sits underneath it. I feel that you should be able to build a wizard casting tower in a town and as long as a wizard/caster is in the town he will have extended casting range. Possibly allow a daisy chain of other wizard towers to create an even longer casting range. This would allow spells to even be cast in tac battles even though a wizard isnt present.

Would be nice if we had a button that allowed us to choose when to start having children. Also seems weird the wife is in the town and the sovereign is 100 miles away fighting monsters yet we are still making babies?
I summoned my familiar. I died and lost familiar several turns later. Noticed familiar spell missing from quick cast section clicked on spell book then clicked on familiar spell to cast. Crash to desktop Happens every time.

I already reported this bug but yea it is doing the same thing to me.
Built a level 2 city almost hit level 3 however i need more housing and i used all my improvment tiles. Went to delete something and im getting an error (see screenshot below). This is the case with any tile i select. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8286385/Elemental_1278108183.jpg
Yup i still experience this issue and it has been this way for several betas.
The speed at which fallen boats travel when you click a destination on the graphical map is super slow if you zoom out to the cloth map the speed is normal again.
A spell needs the following items: Winter Domain Strategic 20 20 air Covers your domain in snow (actual snow tiles begin to appear inside your borders) -2 defense -1 movement for enemies . Air Takes up an enchantment slot

I dont really care that much but i think i like fixed better. Hopefully we can have the option to change like you have there.
