I see a used purchase on Amazon. The product description specifically says the DLC is on the disk. If the seller turns out to have sold me the older version of Borderlands GOTY that does not have it on the disk, that means I get a refund because the seller was fraudulent right?

I built a 4000 scale "celestial artillery" structure, how do I get it to automatically attack everything in its range without having to build a new one? Also, I let my bro (who I already mentioned is in another state) download the game after you said it reset. Does that mean I cannot download it further without it being reset again? The maps load fine sometimes and then sometimes not, so thats whats strange. I also tried putting all settings on the lowest and it loaded super fast and then had a slow down at the same place.
