wtf, why so damn confusing. in Technical Sins Forums

So Ive got the SoSE hardcopy I bought in store a long time ago. Been on the computer forever. I paid 20$ for the digital copies of Entrenchment and Diplomacy, but first I have to update my SoSE from V1.00 to... whatever current is. So I have that dumb Impulse screen up with my patch downloading.. but everytime it gets to about 25% is says something along the lines of "file downloaded was smaller than expected" but still nothing happens.. I cant download entrenchmen
