Yup so they will always be one step slower. Alternatively i will grab a copy of the not so legal copy and play on GR. Some where under the terms and con i think there is one that says we can make one copy for keeping...

Most people on GR is playing on the .91 version i last checked. Didnt really have a chance to play on it. Hamachi i read in the forums there are alot of tweaks to be done then can play.
Ya just to be clear its CONNECT to them, havent got the chance to play a game yet. Most of them kick me out due to high ping. Skirmish no people currently tonight then try. seeker2012: I am not a hardware expert so i cannot comment on your setup. All i know is the 2wire router is very lousy, hence i just changed it.

Works with the US people too, if what they state on their Room name is where they comes from.
Update for those who are using 2wire 2700 HGV 2 ... that piece of crap. I bought a 49 dollars Belkin router which i cannot even find the model name.. By bridging the 2wire modem and let the belkin router handles the routing. And using the proxy thingy i am able to connect to the aussies which i am not able to do so last time.
Hey citizen kane 2 did you use the proxy thing last night? Because when i used the proxy thing i cant connect to SG people but i can connect if i dont use the proxy thing.
Btw no offence ya. I might try the hubstation thing, i got cable TV subscription if it works will tell you guys.
I did played online games across the ocean. Yes i know 300+ is normal, what i trying to say is stardocks do something special this time round by making the game connect all the players through P2P and the advantages they stated is a low ping. Which in our case is not true proven by our SH friends and hence it is entirely not necessary to do the P2P thingy and can stick to the old server thingy and we the singnet people might not have a problem with the game.
And it seems that those starhub people who manage to connect to the US EU people experiences high ping am i correct? 300+ and beyond. The so called advantage for Stardocks to do P2P is the low ping, doesnt seems to apply to us. Anycase those who absolutely want to play the game online and just nice have cable TV subscription can try to get the hubstation i read on SH website that it comes with free 1mbps cable broad band. Dont ask me does it work or what i just happen to found o
Looking at the number of people in here.... Maybe we can get hamachi to work.. Most of the people in GR seems to be running .91 version of the game.
I got a feeling the MIO router got something to do with the unable to connect problem. Are all the Singnet users using the MIO modem + router? Anyone using something else and cannot connect?
