You should be able to remove it via the Add/Remove Applications control panel applet. If you have Impulse installed, then you right-click on the game in your "My Games" list and choose to uninstall.
Sorry to hear that. I'd be mad too if my requests weren't answered. So far I count myself lucky as although a few requests were answered a little slow, all were answered at some point.
Thankfully I've heard it's coming this Fall to retail as well.
I've recently played the demo through and didn't get to a point where I would have needed to bomb a planet, but is that possible with the latest Ultimate Edition (base + all expansions)? I've read several reviews that mention invasion is necessary to capture a planet militarily. Thanks.

I received mine, but what is up with the crazy short time period to use coupons in? First there was the 50% off coupons presumably to give out to friends, and now this one with only a 3 day span to use it in? What's up with that? I do appreciate the coupon and all, but we don't even have an entire week!?

If you haven't already done so, you will want to contact [email protected] and describe the problem to them there. Make sure you mention where you bought the game from.
If you were referring to me specifically I already gave it away (about 2 minutes after receiving it). Plus the last I heard they expired on May 29th. :(

Stardock support responded and gave me a code via email. I'd suggest you do the same if you haven't already done so.

I haven't received mine yet either. From what I gather they must still be sending them out or ran into a problem of some sort. Here's hoping they'll extend the deadline (May 29th) due to the late mailouts.

Thanks for the info update. As you're no doubt aware, the transparency is really what's keeping this situation from getting really out of hand. Hope things keep looking up.
I played my first off-line skirmish last night and had a blast. Those that have offered to play with newbies may see some friend requests coming in within the next week or so from me. :)
I bought it from Amazon.com. I just heard back from support that coupons are going out towards the end of the week, so I should be good. If not I'll contact support again.
From what I've heard it's the end of this week.
