The details and flavor text for the TEC researches Labor Negotiations and Industrial Juggernaut don't match. For Labor Negotiations, the flavor text indicates an increase to structure and ship build rates, but the detail shows -10% build time to corvettes, frigates, and cruisers only. The search function in the research screen does not appear to be returning all results. My specific experience as TEC Enclave: when searching either "prova" or "scout" in the research screen, the military research "Corvette Shield Refit" is not one of the search results. It should be, though, as the Prova Scout Corvette is listed on the research. As far as I can tell, the search did highlight all the other prova scout related researches, just not this one.
