Yeah the movie does weird things for me also, now and then it freezes and I have to ctrl alt delete the game and restart it.

I had this same problem, I replaced my cable modem and it fixed everything (After I spent 6 months trying everything there was to try, I had the cable guy over ever weekend trying things). Test it out by borrowing a friends cable modem or family so you dont have to buy one, or you can buy one and just return it if its not the problem.

Hey everyone, Ive been playing comp on easy for a few days now getting the hang of things and trying to piece together my starting build and I was gettin pretty good so i thought. So I decide to step up to a Large 5 star system map with 10 ai, 7 on easy and 3 on medium (I had only played small games to this point). Hey guys, I accidently did some kind of buttom combonation and now a golden battery meter pops up whenever I hold down alt while my capital ships are selected, very annoying, does anybody know how to fix this, I went threw the key bindings in game but nothing helped, thanks. I also have a bright blue globe around my fighters / bombers now, ughhhhhh, dam accidentel key combos.

I have to admit the Tec voice overs are very bad. The Cobalt ships sound like Keanu Reeves lmao. I first started up the game and heard that I almost shut it off, but im glad I gave it a chance, I just turned the voices very very low.... very low...

You sound like the type of person who would go buy a porsche, take it a mile down the road to get a coffee, and talk about how bad the cars handeling and speed on the track would be. All I am saying is you need to take it to the track and beat on it to appreciate what it can really do. I think your review is ridiculous, you havnt even played enough into the game to understand what it is about... Im sure that alot of other countrys thought that the Russian strategy of flooding Europe with a armor rush in the cold war was noob to, but it still scared the rest of the world into developing strategys to respond to this threat. As you are scared and trying to develop a startegy to counter this one, which proves that its a valid tactic and thats what the games about. Good question, I have been wondering myself how efficient I have been being with my battles. My strategy lately has been to use a capital ship massed with lots of light frigates, ill keep the group in tight formation and focus fire on each ship at a time to kill them, if the enemy has a mass of smaller frigates / cruisers ill bring these down to below ten, then usually focus fire on the larger ship and get that out of the way, while doing this if I have any carriers, ill micro the carrier plane
