I'm not sure if I confused you or if I'm misunderstanding... did you use the ip I mentioned in my post (Thats not the one you should be using unless thats what it says for your ip address)? or are you talking about the one I told you to get from yours? Internal IP depends on which router you are using because some use different ranges. To find your internal ip: start menu -> run -> cmd -> then type ipconfig and hit enter, this will show you the internal ip address.

If its saying your ports are not open, then they simply may not be open. Hello I found a knowlege base document for you from Microsoft though this is not related to office the procedure should still be the same. http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B324516&x=15&y=12 - "The Windows Installer service could not be accessed" Just wok through the methods until they work. My guess is somehow your install service got set to disabled or something.

Favor Points/Achievements not saving is a known bug. There is nothing you can do to make them save, but you can manually edit the points in the prefs file but that only works for single player. Issues with favor not recording correctly are known and being worked on. - Kyro

Yes you may get a refund, Stardock has a Gamer's Bill of Rights to protect gamers. Just contact sales, but from what I seen they are fully invested in getting their game to work correctly so I would wait it out if you do enjoy the game, but that is up to you. Gamers shall have the right to return games that don't work with their computers for a full refund.

You can use WCM ( http://veeteesoftware.blogspot.com/search?q=wmc ) it's used in wc3 when playing in window mode to capture the mouse. You just set the window you want the mouse to be locked into, then you toggle the lock either on/off. Hope that helps. -Anzix
