how does one make the earth png appear as your starting planet when making a custom map? can't seem to achieve this.

Can't load map editor in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all, I downloaded twlight of the arnor, but can't seem to load the map editor. the game goes straight to the intro, and does not open with the screen that allows one to pick an editor. then, when i try to go to the actual folder (ie Program Files/Stardock/Total Gaming/Galciv2/Twlight/Tools etc) and click on the icon for map editor, it says : "the application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."&n
