When a ship ability has charges, such as Domination for the Rapture battlecruiser, is that ability gone once the charges are used? I have not stumbled upon how to refill them.

I had always wished the original game would include some mechanic to introduce a trade off for focus firing (the main weapons, at least) of all ships on a single target. For instance,a suppression effect altering accuracy/output on ships under fire that would be lost if you directed everyone to attack one target. And I still want my Advent battle balls!
