I was under the impression you had to already own Rebellion to even order the collectors edition. It's really just a game merchandise pack, I don't think it comes with a game key. And even if you did have it you'd have to download it with steam. Wait so are you trying to tell me that I have to by the product key seperately? Then what's the point of getting the disc?

Hey so I pre-ordered the full collectors edition and the only thing that shows up on my downloads section of stardock is that my full collector is ready for download, but when I click it I get the following error message: 404 - File or directory not found. How do you set the screen resolution to 1280 x 720? According to my display settings that is higher than 1024 x 768, or is 768 the lowest the game recognizes?

Cannot Uninstall in Technical Sins Forums

I installed Sins from my CD and got weird minidump reports. I contacted Ironclad and they said completely uninstall and reinstall the game. Now my problem is that I can't uninstall the game. I'm the same error that I got during installation when I didn't delete the the demo installer. My game is fully updated so do I have to first delete the update installer and then try to remove the game? Thoughts?

Ok, going to the GalCivII.exe file works, but what should I do about my shortcut on my desktop that is linked to the launcher? Should I just get rid of it and replace it with a shortcut to the GalCivII.exe file? And is there a way to get the launcher program repaired?

Hello all, yester I purchased GalivII and after installing it today and trying to run it, I keep getting the Windows error message sayng that the launcher experienced an error and needs to shut down. I figured maybe it was because I hadn't updated to v1.31 yet so I just did that and the same thing happens. I know for a fact that my laptop clearly meets and surpasses the minimum system requirements. I have also registered my game with Stardock. Help please.
