Not able to find my submission in GUI Championships Stardock Forums

I submitted my second wallpaper a day back, but still it's not appearing in the wallpapers section. I tried again now, but in vain. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance. Note: The first wallpaper appeared immediately after uploading.
