Please help in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Please,can somebody help me?I have downloaded WindowBlinds 5.01 and I enter my e-mail adress and serial number and than massage arrives:"No Registration." Is there some problem?(sorry on bad language,I'm from Croatia.)
