Ultimate Edition on Steam in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Hi, I purchased GalCiv3 a few years ago on Steam, base game only, and then never played it. Noticing that it was one of the featured franchises for the summer sale on a whim I played it this weekend and enjoyed it, so thought to buy the Ultimate Pack. Unfortunately it won't let me purchase it because I own the base game, and even trying to remove it from my library doesn't help. I contacted Steam support and they referred me to you. I'll be very honest
