Creating an ICO Account in Technical Sins Forums

Hi everyone, I've just tried to make an account in the create account screen (in-game), but when I fill in all the details the create button still stays unclickable? I thought this might be a firewall issue but I've kept it in window mode and didn't see any popups! I run Windows Vista too, just incase that might be an issue. I've uninstalled everything and deleted all the folders and reinstalled DA and DL off SDC and they both seem to work. I think the problem (whatever it was) may have been solved. Thanks very much for the swift replies kryo!

I patched it via SDC. Also, I had to request a new sig.bin file via email (to play DA) and I put this in my normal Galciv 2 folder - could this be the problem? Was I meant to put that sig.bin file in the DA folder?

First I installed from my Galciv2 DL discs (retail no patches) and that worked fine. it was only after I installed the 1.5 patch and DA that it wouldn't let me load it up.

Technology Trading in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi everybody, I was just thinking when I was playing today that when you trade for a new technology, it may be nice to show up with that little description box that you get when you research it on your own. I know this happens when you trade for a technology that you are currently researching, but I don't think it happens otherwise. Sorry if this has been discussed before, what do you guys think?
