2 Questions: Restore Defaults and Metaverse in Metaverse GalCiv2 Forums

Hey, I just got the game today and activated my account here. I started up my first game, and as expected when buckwild all over the color schemes for my chosen race (Korx). After I calmed down a bit, I wanted to restore them to their original color scheme. But I couldn't see where I could. Am I missing something in the options menu or something? The "clear" button in the alien select screen doesn't do it. Also, I've been trying to make a character in the metaverse,

I've been getting this strange error when trying to make a new character. link I just got my account activated today. Could this be why? I was able to make a test empire with no problems.
