You know, if one is going to discuss ships that weren't actually Federation ships, one should think back to remember that quite technically, the Galaxy-X class ship never existed at all. It was part of an Anti-Time timeline that Q created to test Picard, a timeline which failed to unfold, as Data pointed out at the end of All Good Things, and was completely destroyed when the Enterprise-D was destroyed.

It seemed to me after watching the series a dozen times (I've got Seasons 2-4 on DVD, the best of the seasons), that the leading four races of the Non-Aligned worlds would be the Drazi, Brakiri, Gaim and Vree. They are the ones you see the most frequently (though you never really see a Gaim ship in the series, do you). Terrans: Earth Alliance Thalians: Gaim Altarians: Minbari Korx: Narn Drengin: Drakh Yor: Centauri Iconians: Brakiri Drath: Vree
Besides, its not always accurate to say that losses lower morale. To use a Historical example, Free French soldiers and resistance fighters continued to campaign against the Germans even after the fall of Paris and the overall French surrender. The Germans fought maniacally for three years in the face of appalling civilian casualties from allied air-raids... Sometimes setbacks just deepen conviction to see the war through, or die trying. To model morale shifts from war properly, yo
I'm a neutral myself. The PQ bonus is just too good for me to pass up, as is the trade route increase. I love it so much that I haven't even tried for another, though I tend to lean towards evil-neutral. Futurama quote time, Zap: "What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Women? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?" Zap: "Time to continue the epic struggle between good and neutral."
Not sure if you know about this site, but it might be helpful in filling in a few of those small ship hulls that cause such consternation, as well as providing other information. http://www.st-intelligence.com
Spleeze, I have to say that I was suprised not only at the speed with which you honored my request for an Akira, but even the fact you did one at all. It looks excellent, as do all your other ships. Thanks, Maj. Disaster
I'm a stickler for neat borders and territories, so I prefer not to let the enemy take it. Besides, supposing they have Mars, for example, means they've got the range to get not just to, but past your homeworld. I prefer to site a Factory and three labs on the planet, since the population limit keeps it from becoming an effective tax farm and the lack of space curtails the number of factories that can be built on them.
You do good work. I would like to make a couple of requests though. I'd love to see a Nebula Class ship and an Akira. Perhaps also a Steamrunner and Saber classes too. Any plans to do non-federation ships?
"Pull out, and nuke the planet from orbit. Its the only way to be sure."
Coplann, you're my hero. Is there a full mod for B5 in the works that you know of?
(First Post, love the game). Glad to hear other people have noticed this, I've been having the same issue since I got it Friday, thought it might be linked to my aging monitor or a graphics card issue, but glad to hear its an (apparantly) frequent occurance.
