Stupid Question in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Sorry if this has been asked before. I also didn't see any threads or stickies on it. How does one rotate pieces during the starship design plans? The only way I've been able to is by using the attatchment modules. Very tedious and I'm hoping there's an easier way and I'm just a tardo for not figuring it out. Any help or insight is much appreciated!

No, and I called EVERYONE around here. EB, GameStop, Fry's, Best Buy, CompUSA....you name it! I got fed up with waiting, so I just downloaded it last night and saved 10 bucks for getting rid of the overnight shipping.
