How do you install icons? in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

can someone walk me through how to install icons? i have Icon Developer V1.29, Icon Packager V3.10 and iconx V1.10. I would also like to know how to make icons bigger? ive tryed reading some of the other threads none of them really help me. Thanks in advance
