"Show Running Tasks On The Dock" is slow in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

When I turn on "Show Running Tasks On The Dock" under the "Dock Contents" option, the icons appear just fine, but when I close a program, the dock locks up for 5 or 10 seconds while it tries to reomve the icon, which it eventually does. Changing the settings for left or right, z-ordering, postitioning or appearance/performance tweaks don't seem to change anything. Any clue why this happens? (And yes, it's the most recent version.) I really just want to
