problem with bootskin in Windows XP JoeUser Forums

halo...im new here... just hoping to get a solution due to my pc's problem i'd accidentally deleted my shell.dll(sort of *.dll file...cnt really remember the name) which was not letting me to change my boot skin any ways to recover the file???
