How do I make a regular skin in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I want to start making skins and I want to do two things, include uxtheme patch in an installer and make the skin have an installer, I want to do this using a non WB5 dependant skin, just like the windows skins, how do I do this? and how do I make an installer ?

i submitted a skit for my friends but it got removed, it wass just a amd logo, nothing bad, also it never got pased the accept part, just did it today,when I go to my skins I used to see it but now I dont wtf
