Thanks for the hard work. Does it include a notification for why a pioneer can't build a city in certain circumstances. Right now it just does nothing once you name the city you are trying to found.

Alt tabbing is a known issue for ATI cards You can get around it by playing in windowed mode but keeping the game resolution the same as your windows reoslution

There are minor kingdoms that don't do anything. If you conquer them you'll have access to the unique unit building they are next to.
